Ingredients:

·        2 ripe bananas

·        3 eggs

·        1 tsp vanilla extract

·        1 tsp ground cinnamon

·        2 heaping TBS ground flax

·        2 heaping TBS chia seeds

·        2 heaping TBS hemp seeds


Directions:

1)     Mash & mix bananas, eggs and vanilla until well combined.

2)     Add dry ingredients and mix once again making a batter-like consistency

3)     Add coconut oil or butter to a pan on medium heat

4)     Pour pancake mixture and cook until it bubbles slightly, then flip and cook other side until golden brown.


Best enjoyed with plain Greek yogurt and fresh berries and an optimal drizzle of pure maple syrup or honey.
